Here you can find all the information and conditions that apply to the purchase of machines and accessories from us.

Delivery mode: Free Gnosjö (usually included)

Delivery time: Immediately or according to agreement.

Payment terms: 30-day net (unless otherwise agreed) Late interest will be charged by 16% if payment is due after the due date. Reminder fee: No.1 = 40 SEK, then 20 SEK / reminder.

Leasing: If necessary, leases can be established.

Prices: All prices are exclusive VAT and shipping.

Warranty: New Products 1 year warranty. (Used machines 30-days open)

Transport damage: The goods must always be checked upon receipt. If transport damage is detected, this must always be noted on the shipping slip and signed by the driver. Then it will be faxed / posted to us or the transport company.

Return Policy: Should you for any reason undo the purchase, you will have full return within 30 days unless otherwise decided. New machines / equipment are credited 80% of the purchase price. Any shipment when returned is paid by the buyer.

Purchase Contract: Gnosjö Machine & Tools Ships Printed Purchase Contract / Recognition as the buyer reviews and signs by company signers and is sent by return by fax, e-mail or post before delivery.
The goods remain the property of the seller until full liquid is obtained. If the contract is not completed, the seller has a right of recovery and the buyer is responsible for charging and return.
